I have been working so hard on something for the last month, and I’ve been dying to share it with you … I’m teaching an free online video class for Skillshare!
Skillshare contacted me back in August and asked me if I’d be interested in becoming one of their teachers. I’ve been wanting to create more videos, so I jumped at the chance and just published my first FREE class: Quick Peanut Sauce!
Are you familiar with Skillshare? It’s an online learning community, where you can take 1000’s of classes covering everything from graphic design to crafts to cooking. Skillshare offers a range of free classes, as well as premium classes which you need a membership to view. For a limited time, I’m offering my Quick Peanut Sauce class for FREE just for you. Sign up now so you don’t miss out!
Here’s my intro video to give you an idea of what I cover in the class:
The recipe for my Quick Peanut Sauce is so fast and easy. It only takes 5 minutes, but you wouldn’t know it from the amazing taste! After I show you how to make my Quick Peanut Sauce, I demonstrate three recipes that use the sauce (all of which can be customized to your taste with my tips).
These Hot Peanut Noodles are so delicious and fast. In the time it takes to cook the pasta, you’ll have dinner ready! I’ll tell you how to serve these noodles cold, too, so they’re perfect for enjoying year round.
Another recipe we’ll make with my Quick Peanut Sauce are these scrumptious Lettuce Wraps.
I absolutely love, love, love these Lettuce Wraps! They are so fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the Peanut Sauce puts them over the top. I like serving these lettuce wraps as a light meal, but they’re perfect for parties, too.
The last recipe we’ll make in my Quick Peanut Sauce class is this Roasted Broccoli Bowl. Have you ever had roasted broccoli before? It has a wonderful nutty flavor that’s guaranteed to convert broccoli haters into lovers.
This Roasted Broccoli Bowl is one of my go to recipes. I make it once a week … at least. It’s so simple and delicious.
