Easy Smoothie Bowl
If you're anything like me, you are a huge fan of Greek yogurt. I love the rich, creamy texture and delicious flavor.
LALA Greek Smoothies are a new favorite of mine. These yummy smoothies are made with real fruit and packed with 12 grams of protein, perfect for keeping you going during the day. I've tried each of the flavors—strawberry, peach, and mango—and they all taste wonderful!
Smoothie bowls are everywhere these days. They look amazing, but often require a lot of ingredients.
I like to keep things simple in the morning, so decided to make mine with a LALA Greek Smoothie. My easy-to-make smoothie bowl turned out super delicious, not to mention healthy. This is one breakfast that will keep you going all day long!
How to Make an Easy Smoothie Bowl
This easy smoothie bowl recipe couldn't be simpler to make, and the best part is that you can customize it to your heart's content using different smoothie flavors and toppings!
I started by blending a LALA Greek Smoothie (I used the peach flavor) with rolled oats and a banana. The oats and banana help thicken the smoothie so your toppings will rest on top.
Feel free to substitute your favorite flavor of Greek yogurt for the LALA Greek Smoothie, if you'd like.
After blending the smoothie, I topped it with a few things I already had in my cupboards: fresh strawberries, crunchy walnuts, and unsweetened coconut flakes.
My smoothie bowl turned out so pretty that I almost didn't want to eat it.
Of course, I couldn't resist taking a bite, and then there was no stopping me from enjoying this creamy, fruity bowl of deliciousness!
