This week went by so quickly. We stayed in New York, and I got to spend lots of time with my husband. I cooked a few big meals, we drank lots of wine, watched some movies, and hung out with friends. It was very relaxing.

We visited our friends in Brooklyn the day after Christmas. They live in a converted church. It is such a cool space. Their part of the building has really cool arched stained-glass windows.

It was Joel's idea, and for some reason, he thought it would be quieter on Christmas Eve. It was pretty unpleasant, so I think we will be skipping New Year's Eve this year;)
