No Bake Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Tart
The first step in this easy no bake cheesecake recipe is the graham cracker crust. It takes minutes to make, yet it’s so buttery and delicious!
You’ll press the crust into an 11-inch tart pan. Make sure to use one with a removable ring … it will make your life much easier at serving time.
The cheesecake filling only requires 4 ingredients, and it’s wonderfully light and sweet with a touch of lemon flavor.
The only step for this dessert that requires any patience is chilling the filling … it’s definitely worth the wait though!
My favorite part of this No Bake Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Tart is the fresh berries!
I used a mixture of strawberries and blueberries, but feel free to use your favorite berries instead. You can also get creative arranging them … try adding rings of berries or even stripes. Whatever you do, it’s sure to be super festive.
