New York has had two snowstorms this week with the possibility of another one this weekend. It’s a winter wonderland, if you overlook the giant, dirty slush puddles, that is. In all seriousness though, I am loving it. I really missed snow when I lived California, so it’s nice to be getting a real winter this year.
I’ve had the Olympics and Valentine’s Day on my mind lately, which will be pretty obvious when you see my links this week!
My husband and I never miss the Olympic Opening Ceremonies, and I usually cook a meal inspired by the host country (although we did order takeout for China). However, due to some poor scheduling on my part, we are eating out tomorrow night. I’ll definitely be cooking a Russian-inspired meal at some point though!
