Hello, Friday! Link Roundup
25+ Easy Halloween Ideas
Happy Friday! This has been a busy week. My Mother-in-Law Pat and Aunt Joni have been visiting and just left yesterday morning.
I had awesome time taking in all the sights and hanging out with Pat and Joni, who couldn’t be more fun. They were the best guests, and we did everything from David Letterman to Shake Shack. Sadly, I had to miss Drag Queen Bingo … next time!
My favorite stop was Ellis Island. It reopened recently after being damaged during Hurricane Katrina, and it was my first visit. Some of the exhibits weren’t fully restored yet, and I didn’t have enough time to see everything anyway, so I’m already planning a return.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that I also attended Dooney & Bourke’s Spring 2015 Preview. It was such a fun event! I’ve been a fan of Dooney & Bourke for as long as I can remember, and I loved checking out the upcoming collection, which is totally covet-worthy, and meeting their team, who couldn’t be nicer. I even got to design my own bag (#LuckyLady)! I’ll share more photos from the event after I receive my bag.
