INGREDIENTS: – 3 pounds potatoes – 4 ounces cream cheese – 4 tablespoons butter – ½ to 1 cup milk
Cook potatoes in well-salted water until tender. (Peeling is optional.)
Drain potatoes, then add cream cheese and butter. Mash, adding just enough milk to reach desired consistency.
Serve hot, topped with butter or gravy.
