Cream cheese mashed potatoes

Treat your family to the creamiest, most tasty Mashed Potatoes ever! This easy recipe is sure to become a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS: – 3 pounds potatoes – 4 ounces cream   cheese – 4 tablespoons butter – ½ to 1 cup milk

STEP 1: Cook potatoes in well-salted water until tender.  (Peeling is optional.)

STEP 2: Drain potatoes, then add cream cheese and butter. Mash, adding just enough milk to reach desired consistency.

STEP 3: Serve hot, topped with butter or gravy.
