Stamped Cookies

Learn how to make Stamped Cookies with this fun + easy tutorial!  These beautiful sugar cookies are the perfect holiday treat!

INGREDIENTS: – 2 ⅔ cups flour – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp kosher salt – 1 cup butter – 1 cup brown sugar – 1 large egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 cup sugar

STEP 1: Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and egg. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; mix into butter in two batches. Chill.

STEP 2: Form chilled dough into balls, then roll in sugar.

STEP 3: Press cookie ball with chilled cookie stamp.

STEP 4: Trim edges with a knife or round cookie cutter.

STEP 5: Freeze cookies for 10 minutes, then bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.

STEP 6: Enjoy cookies as-is, or decorate with glaze, sugar crystals, or luster dust!
