Easy Frosé Recipe

An easy Frosé recipe ... the ultimate summer cocktail that only takes four ingredients to make!

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé (I used Francis Ford Coppola Sofia Rosé)


  • Hull strawberries, than quarter or halve them, depending on size.
  • Puree strawberries and raspberries in a blender.
  • Strain fruit puree through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Stir sugar into puree.
  • Chill puree and rosé for at least 2 hours.
  • Mix rosé and puree together.
  • Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker (mine only fit half of the mixture at one time).
  • Process rosé mixture until it turns into slush. Mine took about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the Frozen Strawberry Rosé Slushies immediately (store anything that's unused in the freezer). Enjoy!


If you don't have an ice cream maker, skip chilling step. Instead, mix together puree and rosé in a 13 x 9-inch pan, cover, and freeze until mostly solid. Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
