This refreshing Spiked Raspberry Lemonade is the ultimate summer drink!

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 large, juicy lemons, juiced*
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 8 ounces Torani Raspberry Syrup
For garnish:
  • fresh raspberries
  • sliced lemon
  1. Combine sugar with 3 cups hot water (from faucet; not boiling) in a pitcher; stir until sugar is dissolved and water is clear.

  2. Add 3 cups cold water; mix well.

  3. Stir lemon juice, vodka, and Torani Raspberry Syrup into sugar-water mixture.

  4. Fill 8 glasses with ice, then top with Spiked Raspberry Lemonade.

  5. Garnish with raspberries and lemon slices, if desired. Enjoy!


*I left the pulp in the lemon juice, but if you prefer, you can use a fine mesh strainer to strain it out.


 To make one cocktail, instead of a pitcher: combine 1.5 tbsp sugar with 1/2 cup hot water in a mason jar or tall glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup cold water, juice from 1/2 a lemon + 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1.5 oz vodka, and 1 oz Torani Raspberry Syrup. Mix well, then fill glass with ice and garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice.
