Cranberry Orange Overnight Oats
These Cranberry Overnight Oats are the perfect breakfast ... healthy, delicious, and easy to make!
old-fashioned rolled oats
Slice peel from orange. Over a bowl, use a knife to section the orange (see video for step by step tutorial). Save orange segments for topping the oats in the morning.
Squeeze leftover orange pulp to extract juice. You will need 1/4 cup juice for this recipe.
Combine oats, 1/4 cup orange juice, milk, cranberries, maple syrup, and salt in a jar.
Mix well, cover, and refrigerate oats overnight.
In the morning, remove oats from refrigerator and stir.
Serve oats topped with reserved orange segments, cranberries, and pistachios. Enjoy!
*Use nondairy milk to make this recipe vegan.
