Ingredients
  • 11.5-ounces dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dippers, like fresh or dried fruit, cookies, brownies, pretzels, etc.
Instructions
  1. Combine chocolate, 1 cup heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a small, heavy bottomed sauce pan.

  2. Heat mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil or overheat.

  3. When chocolate is almost completely melted, remove from heat. Continue stirring until fondue is smooth. (If thicker than desired, stir in additional heavy cream.)
  4. Serve fondue hot with your choice of dippers. Enjoy!
