Ingredients
  • Hummus (my tried-and-true recipe)
  • 4 ounces feta, crumbled (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
  • crackers, pita chips, and veggies, for serving
Instructions
  1. Spread hummus on a large plate or small platter.
  2. Sprinkle hummus with feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and parsley (in that order).
  3. Serve hummus with crackers, pita chips, and/or veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
