Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Simply Orange Juice
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • coconut chips
Instructions
  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey.
  2. To each of 4 small glasses or bowls, add 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Top with 1/4 cup granola and 1/4 cup pineapple.
  3. Repeat layers one more time.
  4. Top each parfait with a pinch of coconut chips.
  5. Serve parfaits immediately. Enjoy!
