Tropical Breakfast Parfait
Wake up to a Tropical Breakfast Parfait ... It's simple to make and packed with delicious flavors!
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup Simply Orange Juice
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 cups granola (Try my Homemade Granola)
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- coconut chips
Whisk together Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey.
To each of 4 small glasses or bowls, add 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Top with 1/4 cup granola and 1/4 cup pineapple.
Repeat layers one more time.
Top each parfait with a pinch of coconut chips.
Serve parfaits immediately. Enjoy!
