  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (I usually use 2% or whole milk)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • dash cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 5 large strawberries, sliced
  1. Combine oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a mason jar or small bowl.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, mix oats, then top with yogurt and strawberries. Enjoy!
