Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Place quinoa in a fine mesh strainer. Rinse well, then drain.

  2. Combine quinoa, water, and salt in a heavy bottom pan. Bring water to a boil, then cover pan and reduce heat to low.

  3. Cook quinoa for 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.

  4. Fluff quinoa with a fork, then cover pot and let sit for 5 minutes (off heat).

  5. Serve quinoa hot. Enjoy!
