Ingredients
For Dressing:

(5.3-ounce / 150 gram) container
plain Greek yogurt

basil leaves,
finely chopped
1
clove
garlic,
minced
½
teaspoon
sriracha sauce
For Sandwich:
3
large
tomatoes,
sliced
2
avocados,
pitted and sliced
8
slices
whole wheat bread
kosher salt
pepper
Instructions
Prepare dressing:
Mix together yogurt, basil, garlic, and sriracha. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Assemble sandwiches:
Spread bread slices with yogurt dressing.
Top with sliced tomatoes, then season tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Add avocados, then top with another slice of bread.
Serve sandwiches immediately. Enjoy!
