  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups baby lettuce, optional
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut cauliflower into large florets. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. (Use two pans if one is too crowded.)

  4. Roast cauliflower for 10 minutes. Flip, then bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned on bottom.

  5. While cauliflower is roasting, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic to butter and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  7. Stir hot sauce and sriracha into butter and mix well. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Set aside.

  8. When cauliflower is finished roasting, remove from oven and return to the bowl.

  9. Toss cauliflower with buffalo sauce and then return it to the baking sheet.
  10. Roast cauliflower for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until hot and browned.

  11. Place baby lettuce on a plate, top with cauliflower, and sprinkle with blue cheese.
  12. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
