  • 1 2/3 cups Greek yogurt divided
  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 1/3 cup finely diced strawberries
  • 2/3 cup Cheerios
  1. Divide yogurt into three bowls: two bowls with 2/3 cup yogurt and one bowl with 1/3 cup yogurt.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon honey and strawberries into bowl with 1/3 cup yogurt.

  3. Mix 1 tablespoon honey into one of the bowls with 2/3 cup yogurt.

  4. Mix Cheerios into remaining bowl with 2/3 cup yogurt.

  5. Divide honey-sweetened yogurt (no strawberries or Cheerios) evenly between 6 popsicle holders.

  6. Add a layer of strawberry yogurt to popsicle holders next.
  7. Finish popsicles with a layer of the yogurt with Cheerios.

  8. Carefully push sticks into popsicles.
  9. Freeze popsicles until solid, about 3 to 4 hours.
  10. Serve popsicles immediately or keep frozen until ready to use. Enjoy!

To make these popsicles vegan or dairy free, simply use vegan Greek yogurt. For vegan pops, you'll also want to replace the honey with maple syrup or another sweetener.
