  • 1 large orange
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  1. Zest orange, then mince zest. Juice orange, then add enough water to juice to equal 1 cup.

  2. Combine orange juice and zest, cranberries, sugar, and ginger in a small saucepan.

  3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer, then cook until cranberries have softened and most have popped, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes).

  4. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve. Enjoy!
