Combine oats, milk, coconut, maple syrup, and salt in a mason jar (or bowl). Mix well.
Top oats with chopped almonds and chocolate, as well as a pinch of coconut.
Cover oats, then refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours before eating. Enjoy!

I used coconut milk to make this vegan recipe. However, regular milk works too, with 2% or whole giving the creamiest results. You may also substitute your favorite plant-based milk, like soy, almond, etc.You can use either sweetened or unsweetened coconut for this recipe, depending on what you have on hand and / or how much sugar you'd like to add.This recipe is lightly sweetened.
