Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and olive oil.
Add lemon juice to taste, then season generously with salt and pepper.
Toss together dressing and cabbage in a large bowl.
Stir in feta cheese.
Serve Greek Coleslaw immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
*For my Greek Coleslaw with Feta and Lemon, I used mostly green cabbage with a little red cabbage for color (as you can see in the photos). Just be aware that if you use red cabbage it will turn your slaw pink after it sits for a while ... you've been warned!
