Turn a gas burner to medium-low heat. (If you don't have a gas stove, see recipe notes for directions.)
Place a marshmallow on a skewer and carefully roast over your gas flame.
When the marshmallow is toasted, sandwich it between two graham cracker halves with a piece of your favorite chocolate. (Tip: to make the chocolate extra gooey, stick it on a graham cracker and pop it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds before adding the marshmallow.)
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Don't have a gas stove? You can use a broiler, sterno burner, hibachi, or even a microwave instead. See tips above the recipe.(Calories are approximate and based on using milk chocolate.)
