Toppings(such as diced red onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, sliced olives, avocado, salsa, etc.)
Fill the bottom of a bowl with corn chips.
Top with a big scoop (or two) of chili.
Add your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
You can use any kind of chili for this easy recipe. I used my Crock Pot Spicy 3 Bean Chili, but it would be delicious with my classic Vegetarian Chili, Vegetarian White Bean Chili, or my Roasted Vegetable Quinoa Chili, too!This recipe is great for using up leftover chili, especially if you have picky eaters who refuse to eat the same thing twice.Frito Chili Pie is perfect for parties! Set up a bar with the chili (keep it warm in slow cooker), chips, and toppings arranged in different bowls. You could also serve it walking taco-style, and use mini Fritos bags as the "bowl" ... no cleanup required.
