black beans,
drained and rinsed

corn kernels
(fresh or frozen)

tomato,
diced

red onion,
diced

jalapeño,
seeded and minced

clove
garlic,
minced

chopped cilantro

lime juice

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Combine black beans, corn, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
Mix well, then season to taste with salt.
