Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Stir together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to oats, then mix well.
Cover bottom of baking pan with blueberries, then bananas, and finally, the nuts. Reserve about a ¼ of each for topping the oatmeal.
Pour oat mixture over fruit and nuts, spreading evenly across pan. Top with reserved blueberries, bananas, and nuts.
Bake oatmeal for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.
Serve oatmeal hot or warm. Enjoy!

You can serve this Baked Oatmeal on its own, or top it with yogurt and / or more fresh fruit and nuts.
