Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or small bowl).
Cover the jar with a lid, then shake until the dressing is emulsified. It should look thickened and creamy when done. (If using a bowl, whisk ingredients together.)
Taste dressing, then season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve dressing immediately, or store in your refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!

Servings - This recipe makes about 1 cup, or 8 servings (2 tablespoons each).Salt - I developed this recipe using kosher salt. If you're using regular table salt, make sure to add it to taste.
