Combine quinoa, water, and salt in a medium, heavy-bottom pot. Bring water to a boil, then cover pan and reduce heat to low.
Cook quinoa for 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.
Fluff quinoa with a fork, then cover pot and let sit for 5 minutes (off heat).
Serve quinoa hot. Enjoy!

Servings - 1 cup of dry quinoa will make about 3 cups of cooked quinoa, which is equal to 3 larger servings (1 cup) or 4 smaller servings (¾ cup).Rinsing the Quinoa - If you find quinoa to be bitter or soapy tasting, rinse it under running water in a fine mesh strainer for about 1 minute before cooking it. Drain well before using.Water - For firmer quinoa, decrease the water to 1 ¾ cup.
