Turn a gas burner to medium-low heat. (If you don't have a gas stove, see recipe notes below for tips.)
Place a marshmallow on a skewer and carefully roast over your gas flame.
When the marshmallow is toasted, sandwich it between two graham cracker halves with a piece of chocolate.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
Calories will vary depending on the different brands of ingredients and type of chocolate you use.Don't have a gas stove? Cook the marshmallows in your fireplace, over a mini hibachi, or with a special indoor s'mores kit instead. You could also place the marshmallow on a graham cracker half, then melt in your microwave or cook them under your oven's broiler.Have fun experimenting with different types of chocolate! Classic Hershey's Milk Chocolate is delicious, of course, but we made ours using peanut butter cups, dark chocolate, and a salted caramel chocolate bar.To make the chocolate extra gooey, stick it on a graham cracker and pop it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds before adding the marshmallow.Check out the tips before this recipe card for even more ideas!
