Combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a mason jar (or small bowl). Mix well.
Gently stir in the peaches.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least four hours) before eating. Enjoy!

Best Yogurt - Plain, unsweetened yogurt works the best, although you can use Greek yogurt if that's all you have. Just make sure add an extra tablespoon or two of milk, otherwise the recipe won't have enough liquid and the oats may turn out gummy.Best Milk - Any kind of milk works, although 2% or whole will give you the creamiest results. Plant based milk also works great.Vegan Oats - Use plant based milk (such as almond, oat, or soy milk) and yogurt. You can even use water for a no milk variation.
