Whisk together yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir in mashed strawberries, then refrigerate yogurt mixture for at least 2 hours.
Add yogurt to your ice cream maker and process according to the machine's instructions. The finished frozen yogurt should have the texture of soft serve.
Transfer mixture to an airtight container and freeze until solid.
Serve in cones or bowls. Enjoy!
