Fill a tall glass (such as a highball or Collins) ¾ full with ice.
Add ginger beer, pomegranate juice, and vinegar. Mix well.
Pour sparkling cider over top. Stir.
Fill any remaining space in glass with ice, then garnish drink with an apple slice and rosemary sprig.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
