Divide yogurt into 3 bowls: 2 bowls with ⅔ cup yogurt, and 1 bowl with ⅓ cup yogurt.
Mix ½ tablespoon honey into bowl with ⅓ cup yogurt. Stir in strawberries.
Mix 1 tablespoon honey into each of the bowls with ⅔ cup yogurt. Stir cereal into 1 of the bowls.
Divide honey-sweetened yogurt (the one with no strawberries or cereal) evenly between 6 popsicle holders. Follow with a layer of the strawberry yogurt. Finish with a layer of the cereal yogurt. Add popsicle lid / sticks.
Freeze popsicles until solid, about 4 hours (or overnight).
Remove popsicles from molds and eat. Enjoy!

Simplified Recipe - If you don't want to make layered popsicles, simply mix all the yogurt and honey together in one bowl.
