Notes
For best results, remove brie, cranberry sauce, and butter from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before preparing sandwich.I recommend using a firm, bakery-style white bread that's thickly sliced for this recipe, like Nature's Own Perfectly Crafted White Bread.Try my Cranberry Orange Sauce or my Simple Cranberry Sauce in this sandwich ... both are delicious! You could even use this Cranberry Relish, as long as you drain it well.Feel free to substitute cranberry jam (or another gourmet jam, like fig), or even chutney, for the cranberry sauce.
