Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper, then thinly slice into skinny strips about 2-inches long.
Heat olive oil and red pepper flakes in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bell peppers to oil and saute until softened and browned around the edges.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Keep in mind that the crackers, feta, and olives are already fairly salty.)
Top crackers with a slice of feta, then sauteed peppers, the sliced basil, and finally an olive half.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
To prepare this recipe ahead of time, saute the peppers and prep the other ingredients (slice the feta, basil, and olives). When it's time to serve the bites, briefly reheat the peppers in a hot skillet, then top the TRISCUIT Crackers as instructed in the recipe.
