Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. (If you're using dough, lightly spray pan with nonstick spray first, then press to edges of pan.)
Spread pesto over crust, using just enough for a thin coat.*
Sprinkle pesto with red pepper flakes, if using.
Cover pizza with 1 cup of the Italian blend cheese.
Top cheese with onions, grapes, remaining Italian blend cheese, and feta (in that order).
Bake pizza for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is crisp and browned and the toppings are hot.
Let pizza rest for a few minutes, then cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
*Prepared pesto runs the gamut from totally delicious to completely bland. Taste your pesto, and if the flavor seems a little dull, add a light sprinkle of salt over the pesto after you spread it on the pizza crust. If you'd like to make your own, try my Basil-Spinach Pesto (from my Green Pizza recipe) ... it's super tasty!
