Peel garlic and trim stem end. Add to food processor, then pulse until minced.
Add chickpeas, pumpkin, tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt to garlic.
Process the ingredients until puréed and smooth, stopping a few times to scrape down the bowl with a spatula.
Season to taste with extra salt, if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
