Add sour cream and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to a medium bowl. Mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients (lemon zest, green onions, garlic, chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper). Season to taste with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
Cover dip, then chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Serve with chips and veggies. Enjoy!
