Combine sugar with 3 cups hot water (from faucet; not boiling) in a pitcher; stir until sugar is dissolved and water is clear.
Add 3 cups cold water; mix well.
Stir lemon juice, vodka, and Torani Raspberry Syrup into sugar-water mixture.
Fill 8 glasses with ice, then top with Spiked Raspberry Lemonade.
Garnish with raspberries and lemon slices, if desired. Enjoy!

*I left the pulp in the lemon juice, but if you prefer, you can use a fine mesh strainer to strain it out. To make one cocktail, instead of a pitcher: combine 1.5 tbsp sugar with ½ cup hot water in a mason jar or tall glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add ¼ cup cold water, juice from ½ a lemon + 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1.5 oz vodka, and 1 oz Torani Raspberry Syrup. Mix well, then fill glass with ice and garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice.
