My husband and I have finally moved into our new apartment. I'm relieved that the stress of moving is over, and now it's time to enjoy our new space ... once I unpack all those boxes. Ha!
The best feature of our new place is the patio with its awesome 18th floor view. I can't remember the last time I lived somewhere that had outdoor space (city girl problems!), and I'm beyond excited to spend the summer out there.
Dallas summers are super hot, so of course, I'll need a refreshing cocktail to cool off while I'm enjoying the city view.
And this Spiked Raspberry Lemonade is exactly what I have in mind!

You are a going to love this refreshing cocktail. It pairs the fresh summer flavors of lemonade and raspberries into a colorful, delicious, and irresistible drink.
My favorite thing about this drink is that it's so easy to make. The ingredients get stirred together in one pitcher, and there's no simple syrup prepare, because this Spiked Raspberry Lemonade is made with my favorite secret ingredient: Torani Raspberry Syrup!
Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail Ingredients
This easy raspberry lemonade vodka drink is made with simple ingredients. Here's what you'll need:
- Sugar
- Fresh Lemons
- Vodka
- Raspberry Syrup
Pretty simple, right? Which means you can whip up a batch (or a single cocktail) in minutes!
I used Torani Raspberry Syrup here, but you could make this spiked lemonade recipe with other syrup flavors, too. Torani comes in all sorts of delicious flavors, like Peach, Mango, Strawberry, and even Passion Fruit.
Would you prefer to make your own raspberry syrup? Use the homemade syrup in my Raspberry French 75 recipe.
How to Make Spiked Raspberry Lemonade
This spiked lemonade could not be easier to make! It's ready in minutes and serves a crowd, although I've also included directions for a single serving (see the recipe notes for details).
Let's get started! You'll begin by making a simple sugar syrup from hot water and sugar.
Just combine the two and keep stirring until the water turns clear.
Next, you'll mix in fresh lemon juice, vodka, and Torani Raspberry Syrup.
Once everything is combined it's time to enjoy your spiked lemonade. Told you that was easy!
I love the combination of vodka and lemonade. It's definitely a classic pairing, but a for a non-alcoholic drink, simple leave out the vodka.
I served this Spiked Raspberry Lemonade in mason jars for a fun, summery touch, but any tall glass will do. To serve, simply fill your glass with ice, then add the spiked lemonade.
Make these spiked lemonade even more festive by garnishing them with a slice of lemon and a few raspberries.
So pretty, right?
Now that you know how to make this amazing Spiked Raspberry Lemonade, stir up a pitcher and invite your friends over for an easy summer get together!
