1cupyogurt(I used nonfat, but any kind will work.)
2tablespoonsalmond butter
1cupchopped strawberries
1smallbanana,sliced
2cupslightly packed spinach,roughly chopped
Instructions
Layer ingredients in a blender in this order: yogurt, almond butter, strawberries, banana, and spinach.
Blend until smooth, stopping to stir and/or scrape down sides of the blender as needed.
Serve smoothie immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to drink. Enjoy!
Notes
Between the strawberries, banana, and almond butter, I found this smoothie to be sweet enough without any additional sweeteners. If you'd like to make it a little sweeter though, try adding a teaspoon or two of honey or maple syrup.
