LALA Greek Smoothies are a new favorite of mine. These yummy smoothies are made with real fruit and packed with 12 grams of protein, perfect for keeping you going during the day. I’ve tried each of the flavors—strawberry, peach, and mango—and they all taste wonderful!

Smoothie bowls are everywhere these days. They look amazing, but often require a lot of ingredients. I like to keep things simple in the morning, so decided to make mine with a LALA Greek Smoothie. My easy-to-make smoothie bowl turned out super delicious, not to mention healthy. This is one breakfast that will keep you going all day long!

I started by blending a LALA Greek Smoothie (I used the peach flavor) with rolled oats and a banana. The oats and banana help thicken the smoothie so your toppings will rest on top. After blending the smoothie, I topped it with a few things I already had in my cupboards: fresh strawberries, crunchy walnuts, and unsweetened coconut flakes.

My smoothie bowl turned out so pretty that I almost didn’t want to eat it. Of course, I couldn’t resist taking a bite, and then there was no stopping me from enjoying this creamy, fruity bowl of deliciousness!

Instructions

  1. Combine LALA Greek Smoothie and rolled oats.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pour smoothie oat mixture into a blender, add half of the banana (sliced).
  4. Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl.

Notes

Tip: If you forget to prepare the smoothie oat mixture ahead of time, just add the smoothie, oats, and banana to the blender, then blend until smooth. The recipe will still work.
