Lightly oil pizza pan (or spray with nonstick spray), then top with pizza dough. Use your hands to spread dough across pan.
Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes.
Spread pre-baked crust with hummus.
Top hummus with peppers, onions, tomatoes (cut side up), olives, and feta.
Bake pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden.
Cut pizza into wedges, then serve hot. Enjoy!

Vegan - For a vegan / dairy free pizza, skip the feta or replace with vegan feta.Hummus - I used traditional hummus here, but different flavors, like Roasted Garlic, Sun Dried Tomato, Olive, or Roasted Red Pepper, would also work great.Crust - Instead of pizza dough, you could make this recipe with a pre-baked pizza crust, flatbread, pita bread, or even naan.
