Hey, friends! Happy Friday - we've almost made it through the work week.
My week went by quickly, although I kept thinking it was later in the week than it actually was. Does that ever happen to you? Kind of the worst!
Lunch in Bryant Park with my husband.
Anyway, here are some things that caught my eye this week.
These people live in a barn, and I have to say I am a bit jealous!
I am in a major breakfast rut. These Carrot Muffins with Coconut and Pineapple look like a great alternative to my usual.
Check out this pretty Lace-Braided Bun. My braiding skills are sub-par, so I'm not sure I could accomplish this, but one can aspire!
I know it's not cool to eat carbs, but everything in moderation right? For the other bread lovers out there, I think you'll enjoy it even more with a generous dose of this Tuscan Dipping Oil.
Another day, another lunch in the park - this time in front of the New York Public Library.
I love this bar cart makeover. I've seen these kind of tables everywhere, including on the curb. Grab one and try your hand at this fun project.
I love fennel, which is why I can't wait to try this Spinach and Carmelized Fennel Dip. Yum!
This stoneware crock from Ace is seriously affordable. You could definitely fool people into thinking it's a pricey vintage version. I have a similar one that actually is vintage (it was handed down to me), and I use it to store kitchen utensils.
If you are on the hunt for dresses, check out Ruche. A lot of the styles are a bit too feminine/girly for me, but they've got a ton of cute options.
Has anyone tried making homemade deodorant? I'm curious to try, but a little nervous to test drive it, if you know what I mean!
This Thai-Inspired Cucumber Salad with Roasted Spiced Chickpeas looks like the perfect summer meal.
Have a great weekend!
