My favorite time of year has arrived: award show season! I love keeping up with the latest movies and hedging my bets on which ones will be nominated. This year's movies cover a wide range of genres action to horror, and I always try to watch as many as possible before Oscar night arrives. You can use these free printables a couple ways: now, to track the movies you need to watch; and later, as the award show is aired and the winners are announced. It's the perfect addition to an Oscars Viewing Party!

About the Ballot
You'll find every nominated movie, actor, and award category on this Oscar nominations list. The multi-page version also has a fun bonus page, which you can use to track of your red carpet favorites, including best and worst dressed actors, funniest speech, craziest moment, and more!
The printable templates are versatile, too! Use this printable 2026 Oscar Ballot now to track the movies you need to watch. Later, during the actual awards ceremony on Sunday, March 15, use it to note the award winners! Best of all? These printable PDFs are totally FREE, and they're guaranteed to make awards season extra fun!
You'll find tips below for using the ballot as a scorecard, plus details on where to stream the nominated movies. And whether you're hanging out in your PJs during the ceremony or throwing a party, my party decor and food ideas are guaranteed to make your Oscar Night extra exciting!

How to Use the Ballot as a Scorecard
You can make things extra fun by predicting the winners for each category before the awards ceremony starts. Mark the ballot with your predictions, then during the show, you can see if your guesses were accurate!
The ballot can also be used as a scorecard. Make your predictions on the ballot, then keep track as the winner are announced, awarding points for each category you guess correctly. I recommend using the following points spread:
- Best Picture = 10 points
- Best Actor / Actress = 5 points
- Everything Else = 2 points
If you're hosting a party, don't forget the prizes! Give one to the guest with the most points at the end of the ceremony, and make things extra exciting by surprising them with a small prize. I'd suggest a bottle of wine, movie game or movie trivia book, or one of these gold award trophies!

A few of the nominated movies are only available in theaters, but it's possible to stream (or rent / buy) the others. As of today, here's where you can watch all the Best Picture nominees:
- Bugonia - Steam on Peacock.
- F1 - Stream on Apple TV+.

- Hamnet - Watch in theaters.
- Marty Supreme - Watch in theaters.
- One Battle After Another - Stream on HBO Max (or with an HBO Max subscription, on Hulu, YouTube and YouTube TV, Sling TV, and The Roku Channel). Rent or buy on Prime Video, Apple TV+, and Fandango.

Tip: Check out Variety for info on where to watch movies nominated in other categories, too.

Assembling the Ballots
If you're using the one-page ballot, then just print it out, and you're good to go. You can also use the multi-page ballot as-is, or you attach the pages together with ribbon (as in my photos). This look is perfect parties, and it's really easy to do, too!
Supplies
- Oscar Ballot Printable - Find the PDF at the end of this post.
- White Cardstock - For printing the ballots.
- Self-Healing Mat - To protect your table while dividing the pages.
- Metal-Edge Ruler - A must for cutting straight lines with the utility knife.
- Utility Knife - This super sharp utility knife makes cutting through the cardstock a snap.
- Hole Punch - To make holes for the ribbon.
- Ribbon - Look for ½ to ⅝-inch wide ribbon. Grosgrain works really well. I used this red ribbon.
- Scissors - Use your sharpest scissors when cutting the ribbon.
Tip: I've used different methods when assembling the ballots through the years. Check out my ideas from 2015 to 2025 here for inspiration. The layered look I did two years ago is a favorite!

Directions
Follow these easy step-by-step directions (with photos below) to assemble the printable templates. If you're making multiple ballots, save time by working assembly-line style (rather than putting each ballot together individually).
- Cut ballots in half. Download the ballot PDF, then print it on cardstock (at FULL SIZE). Using the self-healing mat, ruler, and utility knife, cut the ballots in half, then put the pages in order. Tip: Letter size paper is 11-inches long, so the center (where you will cut) is 5.5-inches.
- Punch holes in pages. Use your hole punch to make a hole in the top-center of the first page, about halfway between the edge and the text. Then use that hole as a guide and punch holes in the remaining pages. Tip: It's easiest to punch through two to three pages at one time.
- Prep ribbon. Cut an eight-inch piece of ribbon, then fold it in half. Pull the raw ends of the ribbon through the hole, from the back of the ballot toward the front (roll the ribbon to fit, if needed). When you're done, you should have a loop of ribbon on the back side of the ballot.
- Pull ribbon ends through loop. Pull the raw ends of the ribbon through the loop, then pull tight to secure the ribbon in place.
- Trim ribbon. Use your scissors to trim the ribbon ends. I cut them on an angle pointing toward the center, but you can angle them in the other direction (or cut them in same direction), if you prefer.
Okay, your ballots are ready to use! Wasn't that easy? Not only does the printable list look great assembled this way, but it's a great way to keep the pages in order, too.
Tip: Don't forget to gather pens for your guests (these gold ballpoints are a lovely option) before the ceremony starts. Then, settle in for a exciting night!

Oscar Ballot Printable PDF

For best results, make sure to print the files on letter-size cardstock, and double check your printer settings. You want to print the files at "full size" (not "shrink to fit page"). If you don't have a good printer (I finally ungraded a laserjet printer, and I love it!), bring the files to your local FedEx Office store. The print quality is much better than most home printers, and you can even order online, then pick up in store (a great way to save time).
P.S. Don't forget to grab my Printable Oscar Bingo Cards, too!
