Searching for a little New Year inspiration? Check out Hello Little Home's 25 Most Popular Posts of 2025! With everything from tried and true vegetarian recipes to clever DIY projects, this fun list has a little something for everyone!

Okay, 2025 went by in the blink of an eye, didn't it? The older I get, the more I wish the passage of time would slow down. At least a little bit!
The highlight of my year was spending time with friends and family, especially since most of them live in other states. I loved traveling to see them in Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois, and New York! My husband and I did lots of other traveling, too. In the spring, we took an amazing trip to Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. And in fall we went on a Maui vacation that I'd love to repeat soon. Over the summer, my sister, niece, and I traveled to Belgium (my mom's family is originally from there), and after we parted ways, I traveled by myself to The Netherlands and Paris. It was really fun traveling on my own, and I can't wait to do more of that in the future!
Work wise, 2025 was another challenging year. Between Google shenanigans and the AI onslaught, I was constantly trying to adapt. If there's one constant in this job, it's change (lol)! 2026 will surely be more of the same, and I've been brainstorming ideas that will hopefully help, including reviving my newsletter. You can sign up for my free weekly newsletter here if you're not already on the list!
